Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the point of contact for customer requests, and much more besides.

The position

Missions :

  • Accompanying customers on their purchasing journey
  • Inform them about products, sales conditions and delivery methods
  • Assistance in transmitting tracking information; updating order statuses
  • Claims management
  • After-sales service processing in liaison with the factory and the logistics/ADV department
  • Monitoring of delivery incidents and management of disputes (loss of traceability, handling of damage, etc.).
  • Follow-up of returns; assistance with inventory control (incoming, outgoing)
  • Cancellation management
  • Telephone reception
  • Monitoring quality indicators

Profile required

Main skills required:

  • Organized, conscientious and efficient!
  • Empathetic, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good writing skills and comfortable on the telephone
  • Connected and ready to familiarize yourself with new digital tools
  • Written and spoken English

If you have positive experience in sales or customer relations, don’t hesitate. Above all, we’re looking for someone who wants to get fully involved in this wonderful adventure. Beginners accepted, but motivation and appetite for the job are decisive.

Remuneration according to profile and experience.
