Reducing the environmental impact of our deliveries

At WTB Group, all our mattresses are produced to order. This This avoids creating energy-intensive storage spaces.

Our mattresses are then folded and rolled, compressed and dispatched on the same day. By reducing the volume of our mattresses, we limit the number of journeys necessary for transporting them, thus dividing the carbon footprint of our transport by 4.

+ 1500 DONATIONS

The majority of mattresses returned by our customers are given to charitable organisations such as Emmaüs, the rest are sent to the factory for tests and checks with the goal of continuous quality improvement.

How does it work? Once a customer has received one of our mattresses, they have the option to return it during the trial period if it does not conform to their expectations. If the returned mattress meets the required health and safety standards for use, it can be given to an organisation. If not, it is sent to a recycling company.

Collecting and recycling mattresses

When a new mattress is delivered, we take care of the old one, which we send to our partner Ecomaison.

Ecomaison is an organisation approved by the public authorities to manage the collection, sorting, recycling and energy recovery of used furniture and to promote its re-use.
